Low Water Closures Current Road WorkRoad and Pavement Issues
While we carry out regular inspections of roads within the unincorporated area of Comal County, we know that potholes and other problems may arise between these inspections, particularly when the roads have been subjected to drought or exceptionally wet conditions. We welcome the Public's help in identifying these problem areas and have developed a quick and convenient way for citizens to submit a service request right from their phone.
To report a pavement or road problem, click on the link below which will open a map where you can pinpoint the location of the issue. Road issues must be on a County Maintained Road for us to work on them.

There is also a place for you to upload a photo if you are able, as this will also be helpful.
Please ensure you do not put yourself or anyone else in danger when obtaining details about the fault.
